Boaters renting the new dockage slips from “Great Outdoors” on Chemong Lake will enjoy our new state of the art docking system with access to hydro if requested. Our customers will have private access to our newly renovated, clean washroom and showers.

“Great Outdoors” landing is within easy walking distance of a Valumart grocery store, Subway, hardware store, library, Napa Auto Parts, bank, pharmacy, liquor store, beer store, bait store, Bridgenorth Sports and Mobile Marine (for boating supplies and repairs), a delicatessen and three great restaurants.

Chemong Lake is on the “Tri-Lakes” chain – Chemong Lake, Buckhorn Lake and Pigeon Lake and accessible through the lock system to the Entire Trent-Severn waterway. “Great Outdoors” is a short drive to Peterborough and the Kawartha Lakes Region tourist area. Check out the Canoe Museum, Peterborough Lift Locks, Warsaw Caves, and numerous other exciting attractions.
